Website Vision
Our vision for this site is that it serves as a practical source of information and a communication channel for clients and their carers. It gives Occupational Therapists clear information regarding home modification planning and referrals as well as providing resources for service providers to assist them to strengthen the capacity of their local Home Modification and Maintenance Service (HMMS). The site also offers relevant information to suppliers, business and other stakeholders.
The website will:
- provide high quality communication involving clearly articulated content and visual stimuli
- give clear and accurate information relating to service provision for clients, their carers and other stakeholders
- make available information, resources and links for HMMS providers to build the capacity of the sector
- offer clear and consistent information for Occupational Therapists regarding HMMS referrals
- provide HMMS industry information to current and potential Contractors
- supply training information to the HMMS industry, Occupational Therapists and other stakeholders
- provide an information gateway to suppliers, business and other stakeholders.
