Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Various training courses are organised by NSW HMMS State Council.

If you have paid a fee for a training course and find it necessary to cancel:

• another person can take your place on the course; or
• you can ask for a transfer to another course; or
• if you advise us seven days prior to commencement of the course, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

If your training is free of charge and you need to cancel, please let us know at least two days prior to the commencement of the course. Another person can also take your place on the course.
